1. Completing the Questionnaire
The form consists of 20 questions and a final section where you will rank the most important priorities for you.
How to start:
Navigation:
- The questionnaire has 3 steps (you will see the progress in the top right)
- You can use the "Back" button to return to a previous question at any time
- After completion, click "Submit" to receive your personalized report
Important recommendations:
- Answer as realistically as possible, according to your budget and needs.
- Ex: if you have a budget of €10,000, don't choose that you want a 7-seater SUV that is also "very easy to park."
- Don't check "5 - extremely important" for all criteria.
- Think about what is truly a priority for you - otherwise the system won't know how to differentiate between options.
- Avoid contradictory combinations (ex: "Speed and sportiness" + "Very low fuel consumption").
- At the end, you will rank 7 criteria (Price, Space, Safety, etc.).
- Drag and place each element in order of your actual importance.
2. Using the Virtual Assistant
After receiving the report with the 10 recommended cars, you can discuss with our AI assistant about each of them.
Tips for useful questions:
- Ask clear and specific questions.
- "Is this car good?" - too vague
- "Which is more suitable for city driving between Kia Rio and Fiat Tipo?"
- Only ask about models from your report.
- The assistant cannot provide personalized information about other cars that haven't been recommended.
- It is not a financial consultant or dealer - the AI provides general and impartial information, but doesn't know concrete offers, current prices, or actual inventory.
- Each question consumes 1 credit. If an error occurs, the credit will not be deducted.
3. Useful Tips for Efficiently Communicating with the Virtual Assistant
Our virtual assistant is here to help you better understand the recommendations received and make an informed decision. The clearer your questions are, the more relevant the answers will be.
For the best experience, we recommend:
- Formulate questions clearly and completely.
- Instead of "Is it good?" try "Is a car like Fiat Tipo suitable for city driving?"
- Write with correct grammar and avoid typing errors.
- The assistant responds best when it understands exactly what you want to know.
- Avoid abbreviations and ambiguous language.
- Short messages like "diesel cons ok?" can lead to unclear answers. Try: "What is the fuel consumption of a diesel car in the city?"
- Ask one question at a time.
- If you have multiple inquiries, divide them into separate questions - you'll receive clearer answers.
- Refer to the models in your report.
- The assistant is designed to help you with information about the cars recommended in your generated report, not about any model on the market.
- Use a natural tone.
- There's no need for technical terms or rigid phrasing - write as you would speak to a friendly consultant.
